Herbalife Oreo Shake!!

Tonight I was craving a shake with something chunky and chocolatey! I LOVE the Formula 1 Cookies and cream, but was in need of something more dense and chewy! I decided to concoct a healthier version of the Oreo Shake!!!

Ingredients:

1) 1.5 Scoops of Vanilla flavored Formula 1

2) Then added 1.5 Cups of Vanilla Almond Milk!

3) 1 Cup of Ice plus 1/2 frozen banana for extra thickness

4) 1 individual pkg of 100 Cal Special K Cookies and Cream Pastry Crisps! I mashed these up in a zip lock bag.

Directions:

1) Pour Almond milk, Formula one, ice and frozen banana into a blender, magic bullet, etc. Blend until thick and smooth. Add more banana or ice for more thickness!

2) Mash up pastry crisps in ziplock bag and add to shake (stir with spoon) and ENJOY!!
